Heliner CNC routers. Our own range of routers, designed by Heliner with final assembly in Wellington, and built around NZ panel, timber, plastic and aluminium work.
CNC and laser machines. Fibre laser cutters, CO2 lasers, laser markers, digital knife cutters and edgebanders, modified for NZ/AU and CE compliance and set up for your production.
Robotic and production automation. Design and integration of robot cells and automated lines. We work with ABB, KUKA, Estun, Han's Robot, AUBO, Syntec and Delta, and pick the platform to suit the job rather than one brand.

Large machines ship in sections. Our own team assembles, integrates and commissions them at your factory, with proper safety integration.
Then we train your operators hands-on, so you are in production from day one.

Automation is a long-term investment, and performance over time matters as much as the install.
From our Wellington base we supply, install and service machines throughout New Zealand, including Auckland and Christchurch. We also support the upgrades, optimisation and improvements that keep production running.

Where is Heliner based?
Heliner Limited is based in Wellington, New Zealand, with a workshop and showroom at 115 Gracefield Road, Lower Hutt. We supply and support customers throughout New Zealand.
Do you work outside Wellington?
Yes. We install and service machines anywhere in New Zealand, including Auckland and Christchurch. We can also deliver and support machines in Australia.
Does Heliner make its own machines?
Yes. Heliner designs its own range of Heliner-brand CNC routers, with final assembly in Wellington. We also supply CNC and laser machines from selected manufacturers, modified to meet NZ/AU and CE standards.
Can you install machines too large to ship fully assembled?
Yes. Large machines often won't fit in a shipping container fully built, so we ship them in sections. Our own team assembles, integrates and commissions them on your site, anywhere in New Zealand. We then train your operators on your own jobs, so you're in production from day one.
What kinds of automation do you integrate?
Robot cells and automated production lines, such as laser welding, vision-guided palletising, panel processing and bagging and palletising. We integrate robots and controls from ABB, KUKA, Estun, Han's Robot, AUBO, Syntec and Delta.
Are you an agent for a robot brand?
No. We aren't tied to one brand, so we choose the robot and control platform that suits each project.
Do you service machines after installation?
Yes. We provide installation, operator training, repairs, preventive maintenance, spare parts and technical support for the machines and systems we supply.
