Introducing the H-2050: Our Auto Tool Change CNC Router for large jobs
With a working area of 2000 x 5000 x 500mm, this auto tool change CNC Router excels in large scale CNC machining of wood, plastics and soft metals such as aluminium.
A robust steel frame and sturdy gantry form the core of our CNC router. This significantly reduces vibration, ensuring you get accurate cuts with a better finish.
This CNC machine’s powerful servo controlled motors drive its Helical rack and pinion on the X and Y axis, and the Ball screw on the Z axis. This guarantees rapid and quiet movement and pin-point positional accuracy.
Additionally, our CNC router’s vacuum table boasts eight individually controlled channels, providing users with a variety of options for fixing materials.
The standardized Syntec 6 control system is intuitive, and ensures skills are transferable with other CNC machines.
All of these machining operations are driven by a powerful 9kw air-cooled spindle. This spindle can execute auto tool change swiftly without the machine loosing its reference point.
