The old phrase “standing on the shoulders of giants” is a favourite of Heliner’s. Discussing the future of CNC and Industry 4.0 is always important. But this phrase reminds us that all these goals are driven only by the team that they stand on. While many aspects define the Heliner team, we would like to discuss our two most important beliefs.
1) Trust isn’t simply built through transactions
Heliner has always believed in constructing genuine professional relationships. We fully immerse ourselves into an industry, meet with its professionals, and understand the scope of any jobs before we recommend a solution or try to sell a machine. We frequently reach out to businesses throughout New Zealand to provide support and advice, whether they are a client or not. This support is genuine and ongoing as we believe these long term relationships improve the industry for everyone. Our team is the first point of contact through which we build these relationships, and we strive to foster this trusting outlook within our company.
2) There is always more to learn
The world of CNC is always evolving. It is integral that we keep our team’s expertise and ideas ahead of the curve, and to foster an open- minded outlook. Engaging with the local and international community forms an integral part of Heliner’s strategy. We regularly engage in forums, workshops, and trade shows worldwide. This ensures our practices, products, and approaches are reflective of global trends, but tailored to our local context. Our reciprocal relationships with industry experts worldwide have enabled us to import pioneering ideas and adapt them to New Zealand’s unique manufacturing landscape.
As Heliner continues to grow, we are excited to expand our team and continue to build a New Zealand-wide community of engineers, manufacturers, innovators and other professionals. Our goal is to create a pool of expertise and resources to drive New Zealand’s manufacturing forward over the coming decades.
