Every Heliner router is our own design, with parts made to our specification and final assembly at our Wellington workshop. It is built for the work NZ manufacturers do every day: cutting and engraving sheet timber, MDF, plastics and aluminium in large formats. Because we design it, we can adapt it to your job and support it for the life of the machine, with parts and know-how here in New Zealand.

Who makes Heliner CNC routers?
Heliner designs its own Heliner-brand CNC routers and carries out final assembly in Wellington, New Zealand. Every model in the range, from compact workshop routers to 5-axis machining centres, is a Heliner machine.
What materials can a Heliner CNC router cut?
Sheet timber, MDF, plywood, plastics, acrylic, composite panels and aluminium. Oscillating-knife models also cut foam, rubber and other soft materials.
Do you install and train outside Wellington?
Yes. We deliver, install and commission routers anywhere in New Zealand, including Auckland and Christchurch, and train your operators on site. We can also deliver and support routers in Australia.
Can you service my router after purchase?
Yes. We service and repair the routers we supply, hold spare parts in New Zealand, and offer preventive maintenance and on-call technical support.
Which router is right for a cabinet or furniture workshop?
Most cabinet makers choose a nesting router with automatic tool change, such as the H-1228AD or H-1325AC. We size the machine to your sheet sizes, volumes and software.
